Customer Care Assistant – Kitchen Planning (Singer Mega)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Kitchen Planner & Salesperson to join our team at Signature Display Locations. The ideal candidate will assist customers in designing their dream kitchens and wardrobes while delivering exceptional service and driving sales. Vacancies are available at our Singer mega showrooms at Colpetty, Mount - Lavinia, Nugegoda, Rajagiriya, Ja - ela and Kottawa.
Personal Profile
- Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to helping customers create their ideal spaces.
- Have basic knowledge of design principles.
- Prior exposure to kitchen designing, wardrobe designing, or interior designing is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
Job Profile
- Understanding customer needs and preferences to create personalized kitchen and wardrobe designs.
- Providing expert advice on design, functionality, and product selection.
- Preparing detailed plans and layouts using design tools (training provided).
- Assisting customers throughout the sales process, from consultation to final purchase.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently represent the Signature brand.
Comprehensive training and support will be provided by the Signature Concept Center to ensure candidates succeed in their role.
