- Responsible for preparing and executing the monthly production plan to ensure 100% on-time fulfillment of field demand.
- Drive new product development in collaboration with brand management to increase furniture market share.
- Implement process improvements that lead to cost leadership, production efficiency, and quality enhancement.
- Conduct production analysis to support change management initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports and present them to top management.
Personal Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience in production management.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
