Responsible for installing and managing web servers & web application servers.
Maintaining a minimum of 99.99% uptime on all production servers within the scope.
Developing procedures and other technical documentation related to web system administration.
Responsible for installing and maintain servers/systems in the data Centre infrastructure.
Providing advanced technical support (T24, ATM Switch, and other critical and none-critical production systems) for all online and offline system issues.
Assessing the system performance requirements by analyzing the needs of the end users/departments periodically.
Supporting IT infrastructure issues on a 24/7 basis as and when needed.
Administering public SSL Certificates and SSL certificate authorities.
Providing training to IT operations and other internal units’ staff on system administration – related activities.
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining security modules (HSMs) and user authentication systems.
Perform Vulnerability scans where necessary, recommend & fixing vulnerabilities as per the Threat and Vulnerability Management process.
Responsible for system maintenance with Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) as per business requirements.
Responsible for regular performance in presentation & middle-tier layer servers.
Improving the quality of the service continuously by evaluating and upgrading processes and procedures and directing changes.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security/Computer Science and professional qualifications in System Administrations.
Possess more than 5 years’ experience in Information Security with experience in above management responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with products: JBoss, Wild-fly, Apache HTTP/Tomcat, IBM Web Sphere (WAS), Oracle Web Logic, Glassfish, IBM HIS, IIS, Nginx, IM MQ, Etc.
Knowledge with markup and programming languages including HTML, XML, Java, and CSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of web application security principles and best practices.
