Executive Chef
- Five years of managerial experience in a star class hotel
- Very good knowledge in managing food cost within the given budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to utilize available resources
- Previous experience in ISO 22000-2018 current food safety standard in kitchen environment is mandatory
