Executive Chef

  • Five years of managerial experience in a star class hotel
  • Very good knowledge in managing food cost within the given budget
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to utilize available resources
  • Previous experience in ISO 22000-2018 current food safety standard in kitchen environment is mandatory
