We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Production Manager for our Meat Processing Plant located in Badalgama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end meat processing operations from live bird intake to finished product dispatch.
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise and guide production staff to maintain high levels of efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain product quality and coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Continuously monitor and improve processing efficiency and productivity.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Prior exposure to poultry processing will be a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, as required by operational demands.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
