Chef de Partie

Rs. 50,000.00 + Service Charge (100%)

Requirements:

  • Male in age 30 - 50 with pleasant personality
  • A Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a four-star class hotel or higher.
  • Proven expertise in menu planning, food cost control, kitchen operations management and Western, Italian & Asian cuisine preparation.
  • Exceptional team management skills with Discipline & efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication Skills both Sinhala & English.
  • Candidates who are living closer to Panadura, Wadduwa or Kalutara areas will be most preferable.
