Chef de Partie
Rs. 50,000.00 + Service Charge (100%)
Requirements:
- Male in age 30 - 50 with pleasant personality
- A Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a four-star class hotel or higher.
- Proven expertise in menu planning, food cost control, kitchen operations management and Western, Italian & Asian cuisine preparation.
- Exceptional team management skills with Discipline & efficiency.
- Excellent Communication Skills both Sinhala & English.
- Candidates who are living closer to Panadura, Wadduwa or Kalutara areas will be most preferable.
