STORES COORDINATOR / STORES SUPERVISOR
Jafferjee and Sons (PVT) Ltd is a tea exporting company seeking a motivated Stores Coordinator / Stores Supervisor to join our team. Our office is located on Kandy-Colombo Road, Peliyagoda. We are specifically looking for candidates residing near Peliyagoda or Kelaniya.
Responsibilities
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Manage the complete tea blending process, from sampling to final approval.
- Control all stock issuance to production, strictly following the instructions.
- Conduct regular stock-takes and report on non-moving or expiring inventory.
- Coordinate with the Tea Department, production teams, and external contractors.
- Enforce all hygiene protocols and ensure store equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Handle other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing, processing, or export company.
- Experience in the tea industry is highly preferred.
