EXECUTIVE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
FIXED TERM CONTRACT (WORKING LOCATION ENDERMULLA)

We’re looking for an Executive to join our Supply Chain team and take charge of various warehouse operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create all outbound, generate as report.
- Attend to online orders daily and send the OBD’s with cut off time. Get the parcel count, create the waybill.
- Preparing delivery schedule every day coordinating with Transport and marketing team.
- Invoice returns inbound need to generate.
- Schedule local supplier deliveries based on management requirements.
- Coordinating with the Delivery Operation Team (corrugated box, polythene, barcodes, price tags, sellotape etc.)
- Collect the original PO’s from relevant sales person a timely, maintain a report or Book accurately.
- Checking each and every barcode with the PO that the supplier has provide correct or not. If there any dispute informs to relevant person.
- Get the confirmation 3PL transport goods deliveries from customer timely and accurately and make a report.
- Collect all return pre approval note and maintain a summary report of returns what we have collected or not.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management (SCM) or a Diploma in Logistics/SCM.
- Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient analytical skills in warehouse operations.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
