Junior Operations Coordinator
JOB PROFILE
- Preparing accurate and timely quotations for business transactions.
- Managing the tender process from preparation to dispatch.
- Overseeing the dispatch of tenders and goods via couriers.
- Coordinating financial tasks such as payment orders, SRNs, IOUs, and petty cash.
- Handling communication through letters, emails, faxes, and mail.
- Providing administrative support, organizing meetings, and acting as the first point of contact.
- Efficiently filing and organizing records, invoices, and documents.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking and time-management skills for effective task prioritization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year of confirmed experience in a similar field.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Experience working on SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English; proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution would be an advantage.
