Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for multiple properties
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales or business development
- Strong understanding of hotel and F&B sales dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Banquet Sales - Manager / Assistant Manager - Colombo & Resorts

Responsibilities
- Drive banquet sales by identifying leads, managing client relationships, and closing event bookings
- Manage setup, logistics, and on-site operations for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
- Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to ensure profitable operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet/event sales and/or hotel operations
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple events with attention to detail
HR Executive – Resorts

Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions in the property
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
