Sales Manager – Corporate Office

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our corporate office team, responsible for driving sales across our resorts, city hotels, and restaurants. If you’re passionate about hospitality sales and building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for multiple properties
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of hotel and F&B sales dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Banquet Sales - Manager / Assistant Manager - Colombo & Resorts

Responsibilities

  • Drive banquet sales by identifying leads, managing client relationships, and closing event bookings
  • Manage setup, logistics, and on-site operations for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to ensure profitable operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet/event sales and/or hotel operations
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple events with attention to detail

HR Executive – Resorts

Are you a people-oriented professional looking to grow your HR career in the hospitality industry? We’re looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support the human resources functions at our resort properties, helping to build a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions in the property
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Assist in employee relations, welfare activities, and internal communication

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
