Manager – OMNI Channel

Job Role

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the e-commerce website
  • Monitor and manage the e-commerce inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock situations
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversation rates, and generate sales
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues
  • Use analytical tools to track website traffic, sales, conversion rate and other key performance indicators
  • Implement and manage secure payment gateways to ensure safe and smooth transactions
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, IT and logistics to ensure seamless operations and a consistent brand experience
  • Create and optimize engaging content such as product descriptions, blogs, posts and visual assets to enhance the online shopping experience
  • Continuously test and optimize website elements, such as call to action buttons, product placement and checkout process, to improve conversion rates
  • Develop and manage budget for various e-commerce initiatives, including marketing campaigns, website development, and technology investment
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations including data protection, consumer rights, and taxation
  • Develop long term strategies to expand the e-commerce business new markets, and adapt to changing consumer behaviours
  • Stay informed about emerging e-commerce technologies and platform assess their potential impact on the business and make informed decision about adoption

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is often required
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in roles related to e-commerce, retail, customer experience, or marketing
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and trends in the retail or relevant industry
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
