Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of manufacturing of wooden toys and preschool furniture
- Product costing, planning of production, scheduling product delivery
- Quality control
- Marketing, product promotions and business development
- Maintain supplier and customer relationships
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field OR 6 years of experience in the wooden toy manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably furniture or toys).
Key Competencies:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work culture
- Effective communication
- Age: 35 years and above
- Remuneration: Attractive and negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
