ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PROJECT SALES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet product-wise turnover and gross profit targets.
  • Identify and manage key accounts to ensure a balanced sales portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Actively seek and appoint new Architects, Interior Designers, Interior Companies, and Contractors.
  • Collaborate with product managers to provide training and support to new clients.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and take necessary actions to minimize debts.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Fully or partially qualified with a bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior products, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong network and relationships within the architecture, interior design, or construction sectors are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
