Insurance Handling Officer
We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Insurance Handling Officer – (Denting & Painting Unit)
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity. Knowledge related to auto accident repair would be an advantage.
- Ability to Customer Handling.
- Good knowledge of tinkering & painting process.
- Need to have understanding about the vehicle body parts.
- Manageable in English & MS Office Package.
- Excellent communication skill & presentation skills.
- Age should be between 25-50 years.
- Valid driving and riding license.
- Ability to make quotations.
- Follow up on accident repair vehicles and payments.
- Assessors are also encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining good communication relationship with the customer and Insurance agents.
- Ability to prepare Quotations.
- Ability to follow up with the process of collecting insurance payments.
- Follows up with the progress of each repair order and immediately contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised for such repairs.
- Delivers the vehicle to the customer and is always available to respond to customer queries.
Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 7.30 AM - 5.30 PM
- Applicants must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela areas.
- Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
Salary Range 40,000 LKR – 60,000 LKR (The salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and work experience)
