Customer Complaint Handling Officer

Sanasa Life Insurance Company PLC is a leading player in the insurance industry committed to empowering communities, is seeking a highly competent, dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Customer Complaint Handling Officer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and acknowledge all customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct initial assessment and categorize complaints as per the IRCSL Complaint Handling Guidelines.
  • Maintain updated records and logs of all complaints, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
  • Respond to customers with clear, comprehensive, and timely resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk complaints to the Compliance Officer and/or the principal officer.
  • Prepare periodic reports for IRCSL submission.
  • Ensure adherence to IRCSL Circulars and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 01 year of experience in related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
