DESIGNATION: GROUP PROJECT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL

LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead electrical engineering and process innovation projects across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  • Ensure timely project completion within budget while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Implement sustainable technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce conversion costs.
  • Manage full project lifecycle—from feasibility studies to post-implementation compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project SOPs, and ensure standardization.
  • Conduct and coordinate group-level electrical audits with external consultants.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • BSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Diploma with 12+ years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and mentoring.
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and influence senior-level decisions.
  • Sound knowledge of operations and sustainable project management practices.
  • Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, including in overseas factories, without disrupting operations.
