DESIGNATION: GROUP PROJECT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL

ROLE PROFILE
- Lead electrical engineering and process innovation projects across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
- Ensure timely project completion within budget while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Implement sustainable technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce conversion costs.
- Manage full project lifecycle—from feasibility studies to post-implementation compliance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project SOPs, and ensure standardization.
- Conduct and coordinate group-level electrical audits with external consultants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- BSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Diploma with 12+ years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and mentoring.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and influence senior-level decisions.
- Sound knowledge of operations and sustainable project management practices.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, including in overseas factories, without disrupting operations.
