AGROMAX IS HIRING A MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MALE)
Job Location: Biyagama, Malwana
Results-driven marketing professional with expertise in crafting strategies that boost brand growth and engagement. Skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution, with a focus on data-driven insights to achieve business goals. Global Resources Solution Int (Pvt) Ltd is a Water Pumping Solution Company fulfilling all types of water pumping needs with high-quality products & services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate work effectively between factory, technicians, and call center employees.
- Manage existing field technicians and recruit new technicians as needed.
- Appoint and oversee island-wide service centers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage necessary documents and perform analytical tasks as required.
- Organize staff training and development programs for technical and sales teams, based on company or project needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office package and other common applications.
- Should be below 30 years of age.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and be a team player.
