MANAGER - HR
We are looking for a smart & forward-thinking Individual who can reimagine the employee experience, champion a culture of innovation, and drive meaningful change.
- You should be experienced in HR operations with a track record of successfully implementing new initiatives.
- Partner with the leadership to shape a positive, high-performance culture.
- Should be empathetic, people-focused, and driven to make a positive impact.
- Continually look for ways to automate, simplify, and innovate our HR processes.
- Should be skilled in formulating and drafting comprehensive HR policies and guidelines.
- A Qualification in HRM with at least 08-10 years of work experience.
- Prior experience in managing a cloud-based HR system is a must.
