CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (Male / Female) ONLINE SALES
Join Wijaya Group (Pvt) Ltd - Online Division, a leading fashion retailer committed to providing customers with the latest trends and styles. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Customer Care Officer to manage online inquiries and orders for our online division.
Job Requirements
- Preferably age below 27 years.
- Passed A/L examination.
- Having qualification in MS Office.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication/phone handling skills with English/Sinhala and Tamil being an added advantage.
- Experience in a similar capacity or an equivalent will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
