F & B MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the F&B department within budgeted guidelines and to be of the highest standards
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service and product standards are maintained
  • Manage budgets and financial plans for the food and beverage department
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing food and beverage staff

Prerequisites

  • Professional qualification in Hospitality from a recognized university/institute
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
