We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to ensure security & safety of our people, physical products and information to join our team in below mentioned position.
MANAGER – SECURITY & SAFETY
- Conducting risk-based security employments and manage outsourced security personnel.
- All outsourced security personnel must be adhering to standard operating procedures approved by the management.
- Development of Security teams at each facility capable of handling Emergency situations, (Fire Response), Theft or pilferage incidents, CCTV monitoring, liaison with local police etc.
- Ability to train internal staff on occupational Safety and Health, areas risk assessments, emergency response etc.
- Conducting security investigations.
- Advise management on Safety/ Environmental compliances / Security issues/ concerns that may arise and preventive measures to be taken.
- Update and maintain all Safety and Security related documents and records, reporting and evaluation of security performance within and all branches.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Should possess professional qualifications/ certification from a recognized institute on Safety & Health or a related discipline.
- Experience in Fire safety.
- A strong understanding of security protocols, procedures and best practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Having previous experience in the Police or Armed forces will be considered as an added advantage.
- A professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and customers/ visitors.
- Must be below 45 years of age.
