Due to the expansion in the business, we have a vacancy for the following position and we seek a dynamic, versatile and self-motivated individual with Can Do’ attitude to join the team.
Assistant Sales Manager - (Male/Female)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic Sales plan to achieve sales target & expand the Customer based in each economic sub sectors throughout the Country.
- Analysis of market trends, Competitors activities and customer needs with new customer opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with Client, Partners and Industry stakeholders.
- Prepare a monthly Marketing report, Performance review and Budget tracking.
- Responsible for delivering personal as well as team results in Volume, Revenue, Collection and Profit.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local languages and English.
- A Dedicated individual with minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing.
- Age below 40 years.
- A Valid driving license is required.
