E-COMMERCE MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and align with business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong leadership skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO, and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
- Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Klaviyo, Hotjar, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web development.
- Experience in multichannel retail or omnichannel commerce.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways, fulfillment logistics, and returns processes.
