CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

KEY DUTIES
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer needs.
- Provide service information and updates.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with after-sales support and service follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L; a diploma in customer service or related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
