CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

KEY DUTIES

  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer needs.
  • Provide service information and updates.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist with after-sales support and service follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L; a diploma in customer service or related field will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
