COMPLIANCE, HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER
Location: Colombo (suburb)

Industry: PP / HDPE / LDPE Printed & Unprinted Poly Bags
Job Role Includes:
- Create and enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe work environment
- Organize safety training sessions and emergency drills
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, reporting root causes
- Maintain accurate safety inspection, training, and incident records
- Monitor safety performance metrics and drive improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (A degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an added advantage)
- Exposure to HR activities is an added advantage
- Strong ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
- Proficiency in computer literacy
