Marketing Project Manager – Digital & Content

Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Project Manager to lead digital content initiatives, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects from planning to delivery.
  • Oversee content creation for newsletters, landing pages, banners, and social media.
  • Support product selection and promotional strategy based on performance data and vendor input.
  • Ensure content and visuals are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve website UX/UI, based on user behaviour and industry trends.
  • Track campaign and product performance using tools like Matomo and DotDigital.
  • Analyse business KPIs (sales, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
  • Liase with the Belgian IT partner to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.
  • Perform quality checks on live content and digital campaigns.

Your Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.
  • Strong content coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with tools such as CMS platforms, Photoshop/Canva/Figma, and analytics dashboards.
  • Confident working with data (Excel, Google Sheets) and creating presentations.
  • Experience UX/UI optimization would be a plus.
  • Interest in technology and the IT sector is essential.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English to directly work with the onsite team in the EU.
