WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
MANAGER—LEGAL
JOB PROFILE
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and legal agreements (including contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, etc.).
- Liase with external legal counsel and regulators on litigation, legal inquiries and statutory compliance matters.
- Provide legal advice to internal departments to support operations while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain standardized legal templates, policies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Support corporate governance, compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Maintain legal documentation and manage contract databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and Attorney-at-Law.
- 5–7 years of legal practice, preferably with experience in corporate, commercial or healthcare law.
- Notary Public with license to practice.
- Strong knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven skills in contract drafting, legal research and compliance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
