Asian Realtors and Developers (PVT) Ltd, a leading construction and real estate company in Sri Lanka, are looking for a capable, multi-talented individual to join our dynamic team.
Position:
Executive Assistant to the CEO / Office Administrator & Project Coordinator
Role Summary:
This is a versatile, hands-on role supporting the CEO across tasks, while also managing administrative operations and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will be a dependable all-rounder, comfortable with office administration, project support, accounts, and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO on all matters;
- Coordinate and follow up on multiple ongoing construction and real estate projects
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle basic bookkeeping and accounts, including payment processing, invoice tracking, and petty cash
- Maintain organized files and documentation, both physical and digital
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely submission of statutory documents
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers
- Manage scheduling, travel, and general correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Key Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in Office Administration, Business Management, or Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or real estate sector
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and accounting software/tools
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
- Excellent communication, follow-up and time management abilities
- Discretion and reliability in handling confidential matters
- A can-do attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
