Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret tender documents and technical specs
- Request clarifications from clients/consultants when required
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial BOQs
Requirements:
- Engineering Diploma or Degree (Electrical/Mechanical/IT preferred)
- 2+ years experience in pre-sales or estimation roles
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
