HR AND ADMIN MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO BELOW)

  • EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
  • PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
  • PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE INITIATIVES TO PROMOTE CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING.
  • CREATE AND MAINTAIN ALL PERSONAL FILES
  • PROCESS MONTHLY PAYROLL ALONG WITH FINANCE TEAM
  • ENSURING ALL EPF/ETF RECORDS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • MASTER’S OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, OR A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION IN HRM OR ANOTHER RELEVANT AREA.
  • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF SRI LANKAN LABOUR LAWS AND HR COMPLIANCE PRACTICES.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE AND THE ABILITY TO DRAFT DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO SPEAK IN SINHALA, ENGLISH AND TAMIL
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
