The Executive - Automation & Innovation carries out Design/Develop automation solutions, simulates prototype modules and implementations to Bulk manufacturing to improve SMV, cost and throughput time.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions based on sketches and samples for both sampling and bulk production.
- Prepare monthly project plans with cost estimates, obtain necessary approvals, and present progress to management.
- Collaborate with IE, Technical teams, suppliers, and workshops to ensure timely and aligned execution.
- Follow up on automation implementations to ensure smooth handover and flawless execution in bulk production.
- Review future developments and current bulk operations to identify and apply potential automation improvements.
Qualifications
- B. Tech /B.Sc. or HND in Mechatronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering (Mechatronics Engineering is preferred)
- 3 years + Experience in the apparel industry as an Automation Engineer
- Hands-on experience on PLC & Microcontroller Programming/IoT based development /Electronic & Electrical Control panel designing and wiring/sewing machine programming and basic sewing machine mechanical knowledge
- Good knowledge in 3D Mechanical designing (Solid works Designing)
