ASSOCIATE MANAGER- HUMAN RESOURCES, COMPLIANCE
We are looking for confident, energetic & self-driven candidates to fill the above vacancy in our establishment.
General Summary of the position:
Supporting Ansell’s social governance (CSR) initiatives, to build and manage the global people sustainability programs (ILO labor standards, human rights, modern slavery etc.). Additionally, to oversee and support the operational IR/ER function.
Pre-Requisites:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in labor law will be added advantage.
Experience
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in driving the people aspects of social governance and/or IR/ER leads with proven track record.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to influence and communicate.
- Initiate proactive collaboration with different levels of stakeholders for win-win outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, labour regulations and practices (e.g., HR/ILO).
- Experience using Smartsheet, Power BI and/or other dashboards with strong knowledge in problem solving and data analytics to provide seamless reporting to various stakeholders. This is an added advantage to this role.
- Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality (accuracy, completeness) results.
- Methodical, diligent, and able to work independently as an individual contributor role.
