We are looking for qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following position.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES AND RECOVERY
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in credit control, sales coordination, or recovery operations is highly desirable.
- Professional qualifications in sales, credit control, or legal studies would be an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to reporting and documentation.
