FRONT OFFICE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Front Office to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will supervise daily front office operations and support the team in delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience. You will serve as a key contact point for guests, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and overall satisfaction throughout their stay. Your ability to lead by example, resolve issues promptly, and maintain service excellence will help foster a welcoming and professional environment. Previous experience in using Opera and other systems (such as SAP) would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle escalated service requests
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service standards
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage guest requirements efficiently
  • Monitor system usage (e.g., Opera, SAP) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
