TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • MANAGE AND GUIDE THE TEAM TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • SUPERVISE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND ENSURE PERFORMANCE TARGETS ARE MET.
  • CONDUCT TRAINING PROGRAMS AND LEAD DISCIPLINARY SESSIONS WHEN REQUIRED.
  • FOSTER A POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE TEAM CULTURE.
  • MAINTAIN PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND COORDINATE WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
  • ENSURE ALL SERVICE STANDARDS AND CLIENT EXPECTATIONS ARE MET CONSISTENTLY.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • AGE BETWEEN 30 - 35 YEARS.
  • STRONG LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • EXCELLENT TEAM BUILDING, DISCIPLINARY HANDLING, AND TRAINING CAPABILITIES.
  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY OR CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT.
  • EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER OPERATIONS IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE.
  • EXPOSURE TO BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNITS IS PREFERRED.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • WILLING TO WORK AT PAPILIYANA BRANCH LOCATION.
