TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MANAGE AND GUIDE THE TEAM TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- SUPERVISE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND ENSURE PERFORMANCE TARGETS ARE MET.
- CONDUCT TRAINING PROGRAMS AND LEAD DISCIPLINARY SESSIONS WHEN REQUIRED.
- FOSTER A POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE TEAM CULTURE.
- MAINTAIN PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND COORDINATE WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
- ENSURE ALL SERVICE STANDARDS AND CLIENT EXPECTATIONS ARE MET CONSISTENTLY.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- AGE BETWEEN 30 - 35 YEARS.
- STRONG LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
- EXCELLENT TEAM BUILDING, DISCIPLINARY HANDLING, AND TRAINING CAPABILITIES.
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY OR CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT.
- EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER OPERATIONS IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE.
- EXPOSURE TO BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNITS IS PREFERRED.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- WILLING TO WORK AT PAPILIYANA BRANCH LOCATION.
