Support Agent / Support Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle support tickets and resolve customer issues
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions
  • Write & execute SQL queries for validation and support
  • Follow SLAs, workflows and escalation procedures
  • Work with Dev, QA, BA & Implementation teams
  • Support releases, deployments and production validations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide updates
  • Ensure proper tracking, status updates and time logging

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in application/technical support
  • Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
  • Good analytical & problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of business processes and system workflows
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Responsible, target-oriented and a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Oracle / SQL Server databases
  • Exposure to ticketing systems & project tools
  • Knowledge of release management & deployment processes
  • Experience in Insurance / ERP / Enterprise application support environments
