KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage overall day-to-day business operations
  • Drive strategic growth, expansion, and business performance
  • Oversee Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations functions
  • Manage P&L, budgets, profitability, and cost efficiency
  • Lead and develop senior management teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of business strategies and operational excellence
  • Maintain governance, compliance, and high-performance standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of leadership experience (including 5+ years in senior executive roles)
  • Strong experience in operations management and P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to drive growth, transformation, and team performance
  • Retired professionals with strong leadership experience are also encouraged to apply
