KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage overall day-to-day business operations
- Drive strategic growth, expansion, and business performance
- Oversee Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations functions
- Manage P&L, budgets, profitability, and cost efficiency
- Lead and develop senior management teams
- Ensure smooth execution of business strategies and operational excellence
- Maintain governance, compliance, and high-performance standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of leadership experience (including 5+ years in senior executive roles)
- Strong experience in operations management and P&L responsibility
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive growth, transformation, and team performance
