Requirements:
- High standard of customer service with strong interpersonal skills
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, front office or contact center operations
- Ability to handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries confidently
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions
- Ability to communicate in three languages will be an added advantage
