ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (FMCG)
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing factory at Maharaja Foods PLC – Wattala. This includes production planning, quality assurance, workforce management, labour management, cost control, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in distribution and export operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and related business processes.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in handling export operations and documentation.
- Sound understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and operational management skills.
Working Location: Wattala
