Reservation Agent
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Front Office staff
- Experience in handling OTA, social media, and online guest inquiries professionally
- Experience in dealing with travel agents
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems
Pool Attendant
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of pool safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong attention to cleanliness and maintenance of pool areas
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
