We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage and execute our Ocean Import operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely movement of cargo from origin to destination. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and overseas partners, coordinating all aspects of the import process with precision and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end import coordination – Manage booking confirmations, manifest submissions, clearance with CHA, documentation, and vessel tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales for timely import entries and regulatory compliance.
- Act as primary client contact, provide proactive updates, and coordinate with overseas offices, carriers, and truckers.
- Prepare and process import documents while ensuring high data accuracy.
- Verify freight and invoices, support accurate and timely billing.
- Track and recover container refund deposits efficiently for the company and customers.
YOU NEED
- Part of full professional qualification in Logistics
- 1 to 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Ocean Imports operations will be an added advantage
