JOB REQUIREMENT
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Should have 1-2 years experience in Customer Service in a reputed company.
- Experience with crewing candidate database management will be an added advantage.
- Have exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal with fluency in English.
- Seafarer recruitment experience in a reputed company would be an added advantage.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
