We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to join our MFC Project team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of contract administration, project coordination, and construction documentation within large-scale building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contract conditions.
- Prepare, review, and manage project correspondence, notices, and contractual documents.
- Support claim preparation, variation orders, and extension of time submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual matters.
- Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation records.
- Review subcontract agreements and assist with commercial evaluations.
- Ensure all project activities comply with contractual and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract administration within construction projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract conditions.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract-related documentation systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
