NEURODIVERGENT SUPPORT TEACHER
Musaeus College Primary invites applications from outstanding Neurodivergent Support educators to strengthen the transition and assimilation of children to expand early childhood expertise within the Primary team (Grade 1 - 5).
The Opportunity |You will:
- Design and lead Individualised Learning Programmes (IEPs/ILPs)
- Provide targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions in literacy, numeracy and executive functioning
- Work both within classrooms and through specialised sessions
- Play a critical role in early identification and screening (Grades 1-2)
- Partner closely with teachers to embed inclusive teaching practices across the school

What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Education / Special Education / Psychology (or equivalent)
- Recognised qualification in Special Education / Learning Support
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with primary-aged students
- Strong grounding in ADHD, ASD, dyslexia and inclusive pedagogy
- A structured, disciplined, and deeply empathetic approach to student support
