We are Hiring
GRIT GLOBAL Middle East is a freight forwarder head quartered in DUBAI – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES with their back office team based in Sri Lanka and expanding.
We are urgently seeking experienced and energetic candidates with minimum 1-2 years working experience within the Freight forwarding. All candidates must have excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing.
Junior Pricing cum Customer service Executives
- Negotiation for both AIR and SEA Freight Charges with AIRLINES, Shipping lines and Overseas Agents
- Proactively update customers and overseas agents on shipment status
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain regular coordination through email and phone with customers and overseas partners
- Work closely with sales team to provide pricing support, address pricing related enquiries such as high-volume discounts and facilitate effective price negotiation with customers
- Ability to work Independently

SKILLS; Essential
Fluency in English (spoken, written, reading).
MS Office applications (EXCEL, WORD & POWERPOINT Ect)
Office Location – Robert Gunawarden Mawatha - Battaramulla
Important ;
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. Holidays: Holidays declared by the Government of the UAE for the private sectors.
