Be the front line for PAYable merchants – answering inbound calls, supporting walk-in visitors at our Colombo office, and resolving tickets across digital channels. You'll own each conversation end-to-end, escalate technical issues to the right team, and keep our merchants confident in the platform that powers their business.
Prior experience in fintech, banking or payment-platform support. Exposure to CRM and ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar). Additional language skills and a customer-success or hospitality background are a plus.
