Sales Manager
Location – Bandaragama | Millaniya
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and achieving ambitious revenue targets while strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and market expansion goals.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team by recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining top talent to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other business partners.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure product availability and successful execution of sales initiatives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is required. A professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales Management within the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading sales teams.
