Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Support performance management, promotions, rewards, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and HR compliance.
- Drive HR reporting, governance, payroll coordination, and operational excellence.
- Support succession planning, talent management, and capability development initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development activities in line with business needs.
- Foster a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation and HR best practices.
