CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE-FEMALE
- Age below 40 years
- G.C.E. (A/L) Qualified
- Excellent command of Sinhala write & speak fluently.
- Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Able to handle customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, good PR skills
- Should be a friendly Team Player.
- Computer Literacy is compulsory (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Should be willing to commit for long term employment with the company.
