Customer Care Executive/Trainee

The company is currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and professional individual for the position of Customer Care Executive/Trainee.
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
